Welcome to Warwickshire Rural Housing Association

About Us

We work closely with local communities to solve village housing problems, where demand is far greater than supply, making it difficult for local people to buy or lease their own home.

We aim to provide high quality homes for people who would otherwise be unable to stay in their village because of the high cost of housing.

A message from our Chair

Derrick Dyas, Chair of Warwickshire Rural Housing Association, welcomes you to our new website.

“We put partnership working at the centre of all that we do, for without a close working relationship with many local organisations we would not be able to deliver the high quality standard of housing and services for which we strive."
