Office closed for Staff Training from 1pm on 20th December 2017
Our offices are closed from 1pm on Wednesday 20th December 2017 for the Customer Care Team to undertake some training in preparation for some new processes coming next year.
GDPR - General Data Protection Regulations - making sure we look after your data securely and use it in accordance with the new regulations. This includes the implementation of a clear desk policy.
Document Management System - the Customer Care Team will be scanning information onto our Housing System to ensure documentation is accessible electronically, so Officers can access information when mobile working.
My Home Online - we will be working on a better look and feel of this portal for residents to ensure it meets their requirements and is easy and accessible. We will re-launch the new look portal, which will be like an app, in April 2018.
