New bathroom investment gets approval

During Rural Housing Week we’re not just focusing on the impact which WRHA’s new developments are having on rural communities.  Improving our existing properties is equally important and we’re continuously investing in homes across Warwickshire to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

Our new bathrooms programme has been making a big difference to residents recently.  We’ve invested £198,000 in fitting new bathrooms in 44 properties and have changed the specification to offer even more choice.

Residents can now choose from six different wall tile designs and four floor tiles, and all new bathrooms include an electric shower.

Our latest resident in Alcester to have a new bathroom completed said: “I am very happy with the quality of the bathroom and finish.  The installers, T & S Heating, have done an excellent job and were very kind and courteous.”
