allpay Direct Debit error
Through an administrative error by our Direct Debit suppliers, allpay, a number of Direct Debit payments were taken twice on Friday 8th September. The supplier has been working hard to correct the error, and customers should be reimbursed by the end of today (Friday 8 September).
allpay will cover any bank charges incurred by residents as a direct result.
If you have been charged by your bank, please take a screenshot or photo of the relevant bank statement and send it to email@example.com under the subject heading “08.09.2017 Double Payment” and allpay will cover the charges.
