A grounds maintenance service for communal areas is provided to all residents that pay a service charge.
Typical services provided by the gardening contractor to communal areas include:
- mowing and trimming of grassed areas
- hedge trimming
- weed control for stocked borders
- weed control for paths and other hard surfaces
- shrub pruning
- tree works
- removal of litter and disposal of arisings
