    Got an idea for how we can improve? Tell us!

    Your Idea Matters is a new way for you to send us your ideas.

    • We want your ideas and suggestions to help us improve our services.
    • We're looking for the big, the small, the simple, the grand!
    • Every three months, all ideas will be reviewed by a panel of managers.
    • And the winning idea will be implemented.

      • Online survey - What do you think of the content? How often should we send them? How could they be improved? What do you want to read about?

      • Online survey - What would you like to see on our social media? How often should we post? Which social media would you like us to be on?
      • Policy review - read our updated social media policy. Is it clear and understandable?
