Housing officer visits to your scheme

At least once a year, your housing officer will visit your scheme and speak with as many residents as possible.

This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, raise concerns, offer suggestions for improvement, and share feedback about our service.

We'll let you know when your housing officer will be visiting your scheme so you arrange for them to visit you.
