Here to help
Our housing officers offer local support and work with residents to look after communities. If you’d like a housing officer to contact you or visit, please get in touch.
Visits and inspections
We carry out regular neighbourhood inspections to make sure everything is running smoothly and deal with anti-social behaviour to keep your area safe and calm.
We also carry out scheme visits where your housing officer is available to talk about anything related to your home and neighbourhood.
We take pride in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces that residents can enjoy. If you have any concerns or requests related to grounds maintenance, please get in touch.
Keeping your community clean and green
We’re committed to maintaining safe, clean and attractive outdoor spaces for residents.
Our dedicated grounds maintenance service, delivered by Sharpes, ensures that shared spaces and communal areas remain well kept all year round.
We carry out necessary repairs to outdoor spaces, helping to maintain the quality and safety of our developments.
Leaving waste, recycling, or bulky items outside the correct bin without plans to remove them is fly-tipping.
It is a criminal offence, and may breach your tenancy or lease agreement.
If you notice dumped waste on our land, please let your housing officer know and we’ll investigate.
We will take action against any resident who dumps rubbish. This could include being recharged for removal costs or, in serious cases, legal action.
We take care of communal gardens and green spaces, ensuring they’re well-maintained, tidy and inviting for all.
From regular upkeep to seasonal work such as leaf clearance, weed control, grass cutting and pruning shrubs.
If a lot of neighbours have large household items and rubbish to get rid of, you may benefit from a skip clearance day, which we may be able to pay for.
Contact your housing officer if you think your area would benefit from this.
