Complaints officer:
Sue Haywood, Customer and Business Support Manager, is responsible for complaint handling, including liaison with the Housing Ombudsman Service and ensuring complaints are reported to our Board.
Member Responsible for Complaints:
The Housing Ombudsman Service Complaint Handling Code requires us to have a Member Responsible for Complaints. This person has lead responsibility and accountability for complaints.
Our Member Responsible for Complaints is Richard Mugglestone, Company Secretary.
Consumer Standards
The Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 requires us to have a lead person to ensure we’re compliant with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards.

Health and safety
The Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 requires us to have a health and safety lead person to ensure the health and safety of residents.
