Richard oversees the delivery of rurally focused development, housing management, maintenance and customer care to the MRH and our partner housing associations.

Michael is responsible for responsive repairs, planned maintenance, asset management and building health and safety compliance.
Neil has over 20 years’ experience in social housing, with most of this specialising in affordable rural housing development.
Overseeing all new developments, he has a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative homes.
Neil's experience and knowledge ensure our developments are lead the way in providing greener, warmer and more energy-efficient homes.
Jo has worked in communications and engagement for over 20 years and joined the team in September 2020.
She oversees all our customer, staff and stakeholder engagement and communications, including resident involvement, website and external communications.
Sue has worked in customer services in the housing sector for over 30 years.
She manages our busy Customer Care team and also leads work to respond to and resolve customer complaints.
Philippa has over 20 years’ experience in rural housing management.
She oversees a team of housing officers covering Warwickshire and the Peak District. She is also the main contact for our shared ownership service.
The housing team provides a full range of housing management services, including tenancy and leasehold management, lettings, income management, responding to anti-social behaviour and shared ownership sales.
