What repairs are taking place?

We're endeavouring to provide the current level of service as far as we can.

However, there still may be times when our service is impacted, due to team members and contractors self-isolating, and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

We're endeavouring to provide the current level of service as far as we can.

This means we're continuing with scheduled and emergency repairs, planned maintenance and gas safety checks.

However, unfortunately there may still be times when our service is impacted, due to team members and contractors self-isolating, and appointments might need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Also, this may mean we might not always be able to meet our standard response times.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience during this time.

What happens if i have suspected or confirmed coronavirus?

It is essential that you tell us if you or someone in the household has a suspected or confirmed case of Coronavirus when reporting a repair. This will allow us evaluate the repair; as every emergency is different we will need to plan how to complete the works whilst looking after everybody’s wellbeing and safety.

Will you still be carrying out my annual gas safety check?

Yes we will continue to follow all guidelines from Government and our Regulator and will be prioritising all programmed services to ensure the safety of our residents.

Will grass cutting / grounds maintenance works continue?

Routine grass cutting will take place. Our contractor will have personal protection equipment and sanitising facilities. They will follow the Government's guidance during these visits. As this work will be carried on communal areas, we ask you to respect the Government's guidance regarding social distancing.
