A mutual exchange is a straight swap of homes between tenants, which you need the association's consent to do. This can be with one of our existing tenants or a tenant of another housing association or local authority.
HomeSwapper
The Association has now partnered up with HomeSwapper, the U.K's largest national service which helps social tenants, swap homes. As we have now signed up to this service, our tenants can benefit from this service for free.
