Bush Heath Lane and Hereburgh Way, Harbury, Stratford-on-Avon District. A scheme of 13 social rented homes and 9 Local Market Homes completed 2011. The scheme was built using local stone and designed to reflect the village design statement published by Harbury Village.
Angela's Meadow, Shipston on Stour, Stratford-on-Avon District. A scheme of 26 social rented and shared ownership homes completed 2010. The scheme includes rain water harvesting to reduce water bills and reduce surface water discharge into the nearby river Stour. The homes are super insulated and fitted with eco heat exhaust recovery technology to reduce CO2 emmissions and optimise air circulation. The scheme incorporates a large open space with equipped childrens play area. There is an area dedicated to wildlife, there are bird/bat boxes fitted to many of the homes.
Millers Way, Brailes Stratford-on-Avon District. 8 Social rent and shared ownership homes. The scheme is located in the Cotswold area of outstanding natural beauty. A special tree and hedge planted buffer zone has been incorporated around the scheme to ensure that it is sensitively screened.
