Rodney has lived in Kenilworth for 15 years and his career has been in the building and building services. 

Rodney joined the Board about 5 year ago with experience in the management and maintenance of properties.  He considers his role as monitoring the Association's property performance and assist in formulating energy efficient designs.

Kay Wilson BA FCA

Kay works for Warwickshire Rural Community
Council.  She was nominated by WRCC to join 
the Committee in 2002 but also has an interest
 in affordable housing issues in rural areas.

Kay feels her role is to bring both financial
expertise and knowledge of issues in rural
Warwickshire to the table.
Lesley Trundle BSc

Lesley is a Business Assurance Manager
at East Midlands Housing Association. 
She joined the Association in 1994 and bring
expertise within the areas of risk management
and internal controls assurance.

Lesley feels the key issues facing the Association
are to be able to keep developing affordable
homes in the locations where we have identified
needs.
         Derrick Dyas CioH, MA,BA

Derrick is a self employed Interim Management
Consultant, he has previously worked as Head of
Housing in Rural Districts.

He is a Founder Member of the Association who
joined because he was dissatisfied with the lack
of affordable rural housing provided by District
Councils.  He consider his role to influence the
strategic direction of the Association and to
ensure that Residents and potential residents are
well served.
Linda Ridgley

Linda is a Senior Field Officer at Warwickshire
Rural Community Council. 

Linda is a Founder Member of Warwickshire Rural
and considers her role as defending the ethos of
the organisation and giving grassroots intelligence.                                                                   
                                                       Renata Mosz BSc(hons) CiH

Renata lives in Stratford on Avon and works in Local Government.

She joined the Board in July 2005 because she was concerned bout the long term viability of rural communities and a chance to make a real difference to local people's quality of life.  She sees her role as a stewardship one, including strategy planning, effective use of recourses and delivering quality services.
